Private coaching with Haven for Inner Stillness has been created as a space for personal reflection, awareness, support, and meaningful inner exploration.

The following agreement is here to support both your experience and the integrity of this work by outlining clear expectations, boundaries, and terms of participation.

Please take a moment to review the following terms before completing your purchase.

This Private Coaching Agreement is between you and Haven for Inner Stillness, LLC (“Haven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Private Coaching Package
Your private coaching package includes the number of private coaching sessions, session length, access period, and payment terms listed on the checkout page for the package you purchase.

Private coaching packages may include, but are not limited to:
• 6 private coaching sessions to be scheduled and attended within 60 days of purchase
• 12 private coaching sessions to be scheduled and attended within 90 days of purchase

The specific package you purchase determines the number of sessions included and the time period in which those sessions must be scheduled and attended.

Each coaching session may be up to 60 minutes unless otherwise stated on the checkout page.

Private coaching sessions are intended to provide personal support, reflection, insight, and guidance.

2. Coaching Access Period
Your coaching access period begins on your purchase date.

All sessions included in your purchased package must be scheduled and attended within the access period listed for that package unless Haven for Inner Stillness approves an exception in writing in advance.

Any unused sessions remaining after the applicable access period, or any approved extension, will expire and will not be refunded, credited, transferred, or carried forward.

3. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
Coaching sessions are scheduled through the coaching platform, booking link, or scheduling method provided by Haven for Inner Stillness.

If you need to reschedule a session, you agree to provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, miss a scheduled session, or do not attend without notice, the session may be considered used and may not be rescheduled, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Haven for Inner Stillness.

If you arrive late to a scheduled session, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.

Unused coaching sessions do not extend the coaching access period unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Haven for Inner Stillness.

Haven for Inner Stillness understands that unexpected circumstances can happen and will make reasonable efforts to support scheduling when possible. However, private coaching space is reserved in advance, and consistent participation is your responsibility.

4. Communication Between Sessions
Communication between sessions is limited to scheduling, basic logistical questions, and reasonable clarification related to your coaching package.

Private coaching does not include unlimited messaging, emergency support, crisis support, or ongoing support between sessions unless specifically agreed to in writing.

You understand that messages may not receive an immediate response.

If you are experiencing a crisis, emergency, or urgent mental health concern, you agree to contact emergency services, a crisis hotline, or a licensed professional in your area.

5. Nature of Private Coaching
Private coaching with Haven for Inner Stillness is designed to support personal awareness, reflection, emotional growth, self-understanding, and meaningful inner exploration.

It is coaching-based in nature. It is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, crisis support, or a substitute for working with a licensed professional.

Participation does not establish a therapist-client, counselor-client, doctor-patient, or licensed mental health provider relationship.

If you are currently in therapy, under medical care, or working with a licensed professional, private coaching is not a replacement for that support.

6. Personal Responsibility
You understand that your experience in private coaching is your own.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, participation, choices, and well-being as you engage with the coaching process.

You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and at your own discretion.

You agree to seek appropriate professional, medical, therapeutic, legal, financial, or crisis support when needed.

7. Results Disclaimer
While private coaching with Haven for Inner Stillness is designed to support meaningful shifts in awareness, self-understanding, and personal experience, individual results will vary.

No specific emotional, relational, spiritual, personal, financial, health, or life outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Your results depend on many factors, including your personal circumstances, participation, readiness, choices, and the support you may need outside of private coaching.

8. Payments & Coaching Investment
By purchasing a private coaching package, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

If you select a one-time payment option, you authorize the full payment amount at the time of purchase.

If you select a payment plan, you authorize the scheduled payments according to the payment terms presented at checkout.

Pricing may change in the future. Any future pricing changes will not change the payment terms you agreed to at the time of your purchase.

9. Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

A payment plan is not a subscription that can be canceled early. It is a commitment to complete the full coaching investment over the payment schedule selected at checkout.

If a payment is missed, declined, or fails, your access to coaching sessions may be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully processed.

Access may be restored once your account is brought up to date.

If payments remain incomplete, access to coaching sessions may be revoked.

You remain responsible for all remaining payments, regardless of participation, access status, or whether you complete all sessions included in your coaching package.

10. Refund Policy
Because private coaching packages include reserved coaching space, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.

You are encouraged to review the coaching package details carefully before purchasing and to reach out with any questions prior to purchase.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that refunds are not provided for any reason, including but not limited to non-participation, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, missed sessions, late cancellations, or failure to complete sessions within the access period.

11. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Haven for Inner Stillness, including but not limited to written content, downloads, practices, frameworks, language, concepts, teachings, coaching materials, tools, and resources, are the intellectual property of Haven for Inner Stillness, LLC.

These materials are provided for your personal use only.

You agree not to:
• share, distribute, copy, reproduce, or resell materials
• upload materials to public or private platforms
• record, screenshot, download, or otherwise capture and redistribute any portion of the materials
• share your access or login information with others
• use any portion of the materials for teaching, coaching, writing, content creation, commercial purposes, or non-personal purposes
• adapt, recreate, or present the materials as your own

without prior written permission from Haven for Inner Stillness, LLC.

12. Confidentiality
Haven for Inner Stillness will make reasonable efforts to keep your private coaching conversations confidential.

However, confidentiality may be limited in certain situations, including but not limited to legal requirements, safety concerns, suspected abuse or harm, threats of harm to self or others, payment disputes, professional consultation, or as otherwise required by law.

13. Session Recordings
Private coaching sessions may be recorded by Haven for Inner Stillness for internal reference, documentation, or quality purposes.

Session recordings are not automatically uploaded to your client coaching session portal and are not included as part of your coaching package unless otherwise stated or agreed to in writing.

If a session recording is made available to you, it is provided for your personal review only. Recordings may not be downloaded, shared, copied, posted, distributed, or used for any purpose other than your own private review.

You may not record private coaching sessions without prior written permission from Haven for Inner Stillness.

Haven for Inner Stillness may decline to provide session recordings or may discontinue access to recordings at any time.

14. Technology & Access
Private coaching, scheduling, communication, payments, and related access may be delivered or supported through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Kajabi, Zoom, email, payment processors, or other technology providers.

Haven for Inner Stillness is not responsible for interruptions, outages, technical issues, or access problems caused by third-party platforms, internet connection issues, device issues, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Reasonable efforts will be made to support access when possible.

15. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services
Haven for Inner Stillness reserves the right to refuse participation, suspend access, or discontinue coaching services without refund if a client violates this agreement, fails to complete payments, misuses materials, behaves abusively or disrespectfully, violates boundaries, or engages in conduct that disrupts the safety or integrity of the coaching relationship.

16. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved within the State of Florida.

17. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a private coaching package, checking the agreement box at checkout, submitting payment, scheduling a session, or participating in private coaching sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Private Coaching Agreement.

You understand that your electronic acceptance of this agreement is intended to have the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
